03_ Are you able to support yourself with adequate financial means in suitable accommodation?
If you do have adequate financial means and are therefore able to support yourself in suitable accommodation, then you are not eligible.
04_Are you sufficiently healthy so that you are able to live an independent life?
The Wells Almshouse community is a very close one and it is important that every member is comfortable with this model of living.
